Evergreen Park High School needs an assistant coach for it's girl's program. We are an up and coming program in the Chicagoland area. We placed 7th in our XC sectional and quailified one to state. We are AA and have the potiental to send athletes to state.We have a brand new track and run both indoor and outdoor meets. We currently have a distance coach and me. Dominican University (Ill.) seeks applications for the position of assistant coach in men's and women's cross country. This is a part-time position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting with all aspects of the recruitment of prospective student-athletes, helping to coordinate fundraising opportunities, coordinating team travel, and assisting in daily practices and races. DEPAUL UNIVERSITY - Chicago Illinois, Track & Field and Cross Country Graduate Assistant Position -2009/11
Requirements:

1. Have an Undergraduate Degree from an accredited NCAA University/College.
2. Have experience as a college jumper - preferably the High Jump.
3. Have Knowledge/Experience of coaching the Long Jump, Triple Jump, & High Jump.
4. Be willing to learn how to coach the Pole Vault or have knowledge of coaching the Pole Vault.
5. Have (Preferred) USATF Level 1 Certification.
6. Be admitted to a DePaul University Graduate Program.
7. Be willing and able to recruit student athletes.
8. Be willing to travel to recruit student athletes.
9. Be willing to educate and entertain student athletes when they visit DPU.
10. Pass the NCAA recruiting compliance exam.
11. Be willing to learn and use our Scoutware Program.
12. Be able to compile practice/meet logs and records.
13. Be willing to help out in other areas when needed.
